This is the place to get added to or removed from the
THC communications vehicles, which are
        a Mailman mailing list (archives are public)
        AND 
        a phpBB2 Bulletin Board

Use the form below.  

You can receive a daily digest of the list.  Ask how or ask to have it done for you.
Other people will only see your name if you post to the List.
Once you are signed up:

• any message you send to the list address will go to all list members' email
• every message that any other member sends to the List will come to you
• you should pay a little attention to the thing called "list netiquette."
